In the warm late spring air of a May night in Louisville, Kentucky, 17-year-old Decorian Curry was enjoying time with friends. The male teenager, known affectionately as 'Yuddy' to his loved ones, was at a gathering in the Shawnee neighborhood. In the early morning hours of May 25, 2019, the cheerful atmosphere was shattered by gunfire.
