In the early morning hours of September 11, 2020, the life of 25-year-old Dontarius Pringle, a Black male, was tragically cut short in a parking lot in North Charleston, South Carolina. At approximately 1:20 a.m., officers from the North Charleston Police Department were dispatched to 7477 Northside Drive after reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Pringle suffering from a gunshot wound.
