In the early hours of a Sunday morning in North Charleston, South Carolina, a violent encounter left one young man dead and another wounded. The incident unfolded on March 12, 2023, at the Stayover Lodge on McMillan Avenue. When officers from the North Charleston Police Department arrived at the scene around 2 a.m. following reports of gunshots, they discovered two men suffering from gunshot wounds.
