On February 28, 2021, 51-year-old Connie A. Jonet-Heraly, a White female, was found deceased while traveling in Rock Hill, South Carolina. She and her husband, Terry C. Heraly, 60, were discovered in a hotel room at the La Quinta Inn and Suites on Springdale Road, both having sustained fatal gunshot wounds. The Rock Hill Police Department's Criminal Investigations Division and Forensic Services Unit launched an investigation into their deaths.
