On December 4, 2024, a tragic incident occurred at Budiman’s Smokeshop & Art Gallery on Cherry Road in Rock Hill, South Carolina, resulting in the deaths of two individuals. Among the victims was 27-year-old employee, Celcei Neil Johnson. The other fatality was 49-year-old customer, Emad Thabet Saadalla. A third individual sustained injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
