Jennifer Ann Noe Robinson, a 33-year-old White female and mother of four from Lockhart, South Carolina, was killed in a drive-by shooting in Rock Hill on March 25, 2023. The incident happened around 12:10 a.m. on Friedheim Road when someone in a vehicle fired multiple shots, one of which fatally wounded her. She was transported to Piedmont Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead. Her family described her as a loving, caring person and an innocent bystander in the tragic event.
