In the late hours of a Monday evening in Columbia, South Carolina, the lives of two teenage boys were tragically cut short. On May 10, 2021, 15-year-old Desmond Williams, a male, and his 17-year-old friend, Reginald Nixon Jr., were at the Madison Station Apartments on Ulmer Road when gunfire erupted. Both teenagers were struck.
