In the summer of 2021, the life of 21-year-old Quinton Marquisse Payne was tragically cut short. On the evening of Saturday, June 12th, Greenwood, South Carolina police responded to a call of shots fired at a residence on Klugh Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Payne inside the home, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his chest and arms. Despite the efforts of first responders to render aid, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
