In the summer of 2021, the life of 21-year-old Quinton Marquisse Payne was tragically cut short. On the evening of Saturday, June 12th, Greenwood, South Carolina police responded to a call of shots fired at a residence on Klugh Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Payne inside the home, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his chest and arms.
