RaeJay Palmer, a 21-year-old resident of Goose Creek, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on July 3, 2021. The incident occurred at a barbershop located at 139 Red Bank Road in Goose Creek. According to reports, Palmer was at the barbershop getting a haircut when an unknown individual entered the establishment.
