David Conner, a 59-year-old resident of Georgia, tragically lost his life on July 13, 2021, in Charleston, South Carolina. The incident occurred at the Bolton's Landing apartment complex in West Ashley. According to the Charleston County Coroner's Office, Conner was fatally shot at 1450 Bluewater Way. The police responded to a report of a person lying on the ground not breathing, and despite first aid attempts by fire crews, Conner succumbed to his gunshot wound.
