In the winter of 2022, the life of James Maurice Carroll, a 32-year-old male, was tragically cut short in North Charleston, South Carolina. On the evening of Wednesday, February 16, 2022, Carroll was fatally shot at an apartment complex located at 6880 Rivers Avenue. The Charleston County Coroner's Office later identified him as the victim of the shooting.
