On a tragic spring day in Columbia, South Carolina, the life of 42-year-old Lance Scott was violently cut short. On the morning of April 12, 2022, deputies from the Richland County Sheriff's Department responded to reports of a shooting at the Creekside at Huntington Apartments on Hunt Club Road. There, they discovered a grim scene: two men, Lance M. Scott and 50-year-old Richard M. Boineau, were found deceased from gunshot wounds. A third individual was also shot and sustained injuries.
