Trever Heyward Jr., a 27-year-old resident of Charleston, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on August 20, 2022. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning at a bar on Grimball Road, James Island. Charleston County Sheriff's deputies responded to reports of shots fired around 2 a.m. Upon arrival, they found Heyward Jr. on the ground, suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
