In the warm evening air of Charleston, South Carolina, a life well-known in the community was tragically cut short. Edward Washington, a 66-year-old man, was found deceased on June 2, 2016. Mr. Washington, who was also known by the name Edward Deas, was a familiar and friendly face to many in the city, affectionately called 'the Can Man' for his regular practice of collecting cans.
