In the quiet of a late November evening in North Augusta, South Carolina, a grim discovery shattered the community's peace. On Wednesday, November 23, 2022, the body of 23-year-old Kevon Duane Carlisle, a male resident of Augusta, Georgia, was found. A woman, reportedly out looking at deer, noticed a car that had gone down an embankment near the serene Riverview Park and alerted the authorities.
