Thomas D. Moore, a resident of O'Fallon, Illinois, lost his life on the evening of June 30, 2010, in an incident that remains a haunting mystery. Around 10:40 p.m., Moore was found lying lifeless in the roadway in the 5700 block of Portland Place, Washington Park, Illinois. The 41-year-old had suffered a fatal gunshot wound, a single act of violence that abruptly ended a life full of potential and promise.
