On February 11, 2019, tragedy struck in St. Louis, Missouri, when 37-year-old Christopher Terell Hardy was found fatally wounded. The incident occurred late that Monday night in the Jeff-Vander-Lou neighborhood. Police officers were dispatched to the 2400 block of North Market Street after receiving reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, first responders discovered the African American male unresponsive inside a vehicle, suffering from gunshot wounds.
