Ronisha Jackson, a 20-year-old resident of St. Louis, Missouri, tragically lost her life on July 26, 2012, in a mass shooting incident at Gravois Park, located at the intersection of Miami and Louisiana Avenues. On that fateful evening, Ronisha was part of a group of friends congregating in the park when an unknown assailant or assailants opened fire, striking five individuals. Among the victims were Ronisha and 16-year-old Kiera Tanter, both of whom succumbed to their injuries at the hospital.
