On December 8, 2014, in St. Louis, Missouri, twenty-five-year-old William Duvall was fatally shot during a violent encounter that took place in the evening hours. Known affectionately as 'Dinky' to his friends and family, the young man was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his upper torso.
