On December 8, 2014, in St. Louis, Missouri, 25-year-old William Duvall was fatally shot multiple times in the upper torso. Witnesses reported that an unidentified suspect chased Duvall before shooting him several times. The suspect was described as a Black male, approximately 5'10" to 6'0" tall, wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and black pants.
