Ryan Bowers, a 26-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on October 19, 2017. His death was initially discovered when fire crews responded to a house fire in the 10800 block of Spring Garden in Riverview. Upon arrival, they found smoke emanating from a vacant home with boarded-up windows. After extinguishing the small fire, the firefighters discovered Ryan Bowers' body in the basement.
