Montrell Jeffrey, a 21-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on April 21, 2020. On that day, just before noon, officers from the Berkeley Police Department responded to a call at the intersection of Patterson Avenue and Witsell Avenue, where they found Jeffrey suffering from a gunshot wound.
