Victor Williams, a 16-year-old boy from Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on September 27, 2020. The incident occurred in the city's Baden neighborhood, near Gast Place and Riverview Boulevard. On that fateful night, shortly after 10 p.m., Victor and a 27-year-old man named Andrew Ameer were found with gunshot wounds.
