Kenny Burgett, a 19-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on January 14, 2015. The young man was found shot to death outside an apartment complex in the Carondelet neighborhood. The incident occurred around 12:35 a.m. on Tennessee Avenue.
