Tony LaChance, a 17-year-old from Saint Louis, Missouri, was tragically killed on June 2, 2008. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2:15 a.m., in the 400 block of Hoffmeister Avenue in Lemay. According to police reports, Tony was walking when a Ford Explorer drove past him, turned around, and pulled over. An unknown man exited the vehicle, approached Tony, and shot him twice.
