Jaz Granderson, a 27-year-old football coach at De Smet Jesuit High School in St. Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on October 16, 2017. Granderson was fatally shot during a carjacking incident in which his Jeep Grand Cherokee was stolen. The perpetrator, Kurt Wallace, was involved in a series of violent carjackings in 2017, and Granderson was his final victim.
