Manu Barge, a 31-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on April 17, 2022. The incident occurred at the Forest Park-DeBaliviere MetroLink station. On that day, Barge boarded an eastbound train at the Emerson Park station in East St. Louis. Quinton Arvell Howard, 24, entered the same train car at the Clayton stop.
