In the summer of 2019, a burst of gunfire shattered the afternoon calm in the Jeff-Vander-Lou neighborhood of St. Louis, leaving a young man's life tragically cut short. On Sunday, July 21st, police responded to calls of a shooting on the 3400 block of Montgomery Street.
