Michael Akins

On the evening of Saturday, April 4, 2015, a burst of gunfire shattered the night on the 3900 block of Natural Bridge in north St. Louis. When the sounds of the shots faded, 32-year-old Michael Akins was left fatally wounded. Police responded to the scene at approximately 9:35 p.m. where they discovered Akins had been shot multiple times. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
