On June 16, 2024, at approximately 8:30 a.m., St. Louis County Police responded to a ShotSpotter alert and a 911 call reporting a shooting in the 10400 block of Balmoral Drive in North County. Upon arrival near the intersection of Balmoral Drive and Tay Road, officers discovered 30-year-old Terrell Finerson suffering from at least one gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
