In the days leading up to Christmas, a senseless act of violence claimed the life of 57-year-old Kenard Wells, a male resident of Saint-Louis, MO. On December 23, 2021, police were called to an apartment building in the 5300 block of Harney Avenue in the Mark Twain neighborhood just before 2 p.m. Inside, they discovered a grim scene.
