Ledarius D. Williams, a 23-year-old from South St. Louis, Missouri, was shot and killed by a St. Louis Police Officer on February 3, 2015. The incident occurred around 3:30 PM in the 4100 block of Minnesota Avenue. According to police reports, officers were patrolling the area when they observed Williams acting suspiciously.
