In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Brooklyn, the life of 23-year-old Wilky Toribio-Perez was tragically cut short. On August 10, 2025, at approximately 2:30 a.m., the young man was found on Pine Street in the Cypress Hills neighborhood with a gunshot wound to his shoulder. Emergency services arrived at the scene and rushed him to Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in critical condition, but despite their efforts, he succumbed to his injuries.
