Karen Powderly

In a tragic turn of events that unfolded in south St. Louis, 51-year-old Karen Powderly, a female, was found deceased in a residence on the 4400 block of Chippewa. The discovery was made by St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department officers who were responding to a call from a woman reporting an assault by her husband. Upon their arrival, they located Ms. Powderly, who had sustained a gunshot wound to her chest and was pronounced dead at the scene.
