Charmaine Stanfield, aged 54, was tragically found shot to death on April 18, 2020, in her home located in the Tower Grove South neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri. The incident occurred early in the morning, and a 62-year-old man, who was also present at the scene, sustained gunshot wounds and was transported to a hospital in stable condition.
