On February 10, 2014, the body of 22-year-old Joseph Allen Hartsoe was found near the railroad tracks at 3001 N. Warf Street in St. Louis, Missouri. Joseph had been missing for over two months, having last been seen on November 25, 2013, in Collinsville, Illinois. His family officially reported him missing on December 1, 2013. His body was discovered lying in the snow by a dog walker, close to the Mississippi River and near the St. Louis Riverfront Trail.
