In the winter of 2015, the quiet city of Springfield, Missouri, was shaken by a tragedy that unfolded within the walls of a family home. Victoria Antoinette Taylor, a 68-year-old woman known affectionately as 'Toni,' was found deceased in her residence on Thursday, February 19th. Born in Buffalo, Missouri, Victoria had spent a significant portion of her life caring for others, having run a daycare from her home for the last two decades. Her life, however, came to an abrupt and violent end.
