A body is found in a ditch next to westbound on-ramp of Interstate 74 from State Road 25 In the late summer of 1991, a grim discovery was made along a stretch of Interstate 74 in Montgomery County, Indiana. On August 5th, the body of a 37-year-old Caucasian female from Burrows, Indiana, named Georgia Ann Shreve, was found in a ditch by a truck driver. The location was the westbound on-ramp from State Road 25. An investigation by the Indiana State Police determined that her death was a homicide.
Authorities learned that Georgia Ann Shreve was last seen alive on July 25, 1991,
