On the night of July 18, 2015, authorities in Kansas City, Missouri, were called to a violent scene in the southern part of the city. Shortly before midnight, police officers arrived at a parking lot near a convenience store in the 7100 block of Longview Road, situated adjacent to The Bay Water Park. upon arrival, they discovered an unresponsive female victim suffering from a gunshot wound.
