Ce’Onta Cretter, a 21-year-old woman from Saint Louis, Missouri, was tragically found dead on July 20, 2015. Her body was discovered in the driver’s seat of a car on Ruskin Avenue in the Mark Twain neighborhood around 2:30 a.m. She had been shot, and another 23-year-old woman, whose name has not been released, was found dead on the front porch of a nearby home.
