Justin Williams, a 22-year-old from Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on September 18, 2015. The circumstances surrounding his death were both violent and distressing. According to reports, Williams was fatally shot during an attempted marijuana transaction. The incident occurred when Marqiveon D.
