In the early hours of a Tuesday morning in December 2016, the life of 34-year-old Jarrod Montgomery Blake was tragically cut short in a burst of violence inside a Kansas City bar. The incident, which also left two other individuals wounded, unfolded at the Tool Shed Lounge on U.S. 40 Highway.
