Xavier Young, an 18-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, was tragically shot and killed on November 6, 2019. His death was one of three homicides that occurred in Kansas City within a span of less than five hours on that day. Young was found just after 7 p.m. at East 24th Street and Chelsea Avenue.
