Mitchell Todd Dugger, aged 52, passed away on October 27, 2015, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. He was born on June 11, 1963, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, and was a resident of Broseley, Missouri. Dugger worked as a truck driver, farmer, and land grader. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, fishing, and hunting.
