In the autumn of 2015, the life of 52-year-old Caucasian male, Mitchell Dugger, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, was tragically cut short due to gun violence. The incident that led to his untimely death unfolded in the parking lot of the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center's Behavioral Health Unit. There, Dugger was shot multiple times. He was subsequently transported to a hospital in Cape Girardeau for treatment of his severe injuries.
