In the early morning hours of a Friday in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, a violent encounter in an apartment on Cynthia Street tragically ended the life of Donald Perry. The 38-year-old white male from Sedgewickville was discovered by police who had responded to the residence, having been shot multiple times.
