Death by Force

On July 1, 2023, 19-year-old Sebastian Jagger Dosier of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, was fatally shot. At approximately 12:50 p.m., the Poplar Bluff Police Department was alerted to a vehicle transporting a gunshot victim to a local hospital. Officers intercepted the vehicle near the intersection of Westwood and Kanell boulevards and found Dosier inside, suffering from a gunshot wound. He was immediately taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
