Sederick Jones, a 23-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, was tragically killed on January 1, 2016. The incident occurred in the early hours of New Year's Day, around 2:45 AM, when police were called to the 5200 block of East 112th Terrace. Upon arrival, they found Jones deceased and a woman wounded in the parking lot. The shooting followed a New Year's Eve party at an event hall, where witnesses reported that Jones had been involved in an argument with his girlfriend.
