Kamari Bridges, a 15-year-old from Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on October 31, 2021. He was found with fatal gunshot wounds inside a vehicle on the eastern edge of the Blue Hills neighborhood. The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. on that Sunday night. Officers responded to the sound of gunshots and discovered Kamari in a car at East 54th Street and Wabash Avenue. He was immediately transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries overnight.
