In the late summer of 1981, the life of 21-year-old Darlene Russell was tragically cut short, leaving a shadow over Wayne County, Indiana, that lingers to this day. A Caucasian female known for her kind and trusting nature, Darlene was one of twelve siblings in a close-knit family.
