Ricky Frazier, aged 56, was tragically shot and killed on June 7, 2016, in Kansas City, Missouri. The incident occurred in the 3500 block of Flora Avenue, where police responded to reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, officers found Frazier deceased at the scene, having succumbed to gunshot wounds.
