In the summer of 2016, the life of 25-year-old Ryan L. Morrow was cut tragically short in a burst of violence that shook a Kansas City neighborhood. On the evening of Thursday, July 28th, gunshots echoed near the intersection of 40th Street and Myrtle Avenue, prompting calls to the police. When officers arrived, they discovered a grim scene.
